LF: Toshiba TA7317-P speaker protection IC

Hi all...

Does anyone have any of these locally? I can see the hole in the one in my amp where the smoke escaped.  I've jimmied a quick circuit to delay speaker relay turn-on, but all the other protection is not working obviously...
