I have liked the Hifiman EF400 for sometime now and I was kindly allowed to borrow one for two weeks
It is elegant and sounds great with my Hifiman HE400SE's and IEM's but when I connect my Sennheiser HD600's with the 4.4mm balanced cable the Sennheiser's sound almost like I have put some sponge between me and the driver. I cannot figure out why, is this what they call "synergy" or the lack thereof?
I so want the EF400 in my den but.....
