I have a Defy F640 side by side. The alarm LED started flickering 2 weeks ago and the freezer side did not freeze at all.
The evaporator fan motor was replaced over a year ago when we had the same issue until last week.
I bought a new evaporator fan motor and replaced it. I noticed that after 30 min the alarm led started flickering again. The freezer side did notfreeze - I plugged in the old fan motor and left the panel off - the old fan motor were also running. At the moment the new fan motor is runing successfully.
What can be the possible cause for the alarm light to still flickering with the freezer side not freezing?
