My 804Ds will be arriving next week and I need to get them a matching centre. The HTM4 is the smaller and 2 way version with a mid bass driver and tweeter while the HTM2 is the bigger brother with a 3 way configuration and a footprint almost double the htm4 but at double the price of the htm4.
I got a good trade in deal on both for my CMs. ill pay R2k for the HTM4 and R22k on the HTM2. The HTM2 is expensive but future proof as it will match potential 802/800Ds.
I currently use the CM Centre 2 which is a 3 way speaker so I wonder how the 2 way HTM4 will be as I'm used to the 3 way
