Is this really the case?
I received the incorrect item and also a damaged/faulty record from Amazon DE.
Followed the return instructions including printing labels etc.
Went off to Postnet to return them (separately as instructed) and they want to charge over R2k for each return!
Of course one can't send a mail to Amazon to check as humans don't exist there.
The records are less than Euro25 each yet Euro100 return shipping.
