:groovy:

A pity Dewaudio is not on the list. There are many Dewaudio Starmap upgrades fitted to Linn Sondeks as well as amplifiers our there.

Currently.. . Dewaudio Tsungai tube pre and solid-state class A power amplifier. Linn Sondek is fitted with a Dewaudio Starmap top and base plate and a 77mfg Startrail subchassis as well as a 77mfg Spine armboard.

Also have a Geco Velvet Integrated in storage as well as a 77mfg Classic Phono.

In the past:
Sonor Audio Altairs
VA Exclame 100
Precision Acoustix PA100
Ergo turntable
Leramge Rack

If you voted before the list was changed with all the additions how can we vote again?

You should have 15 votes in total (number of items on poll).

I am very lucky to be able to say I can tick an item from my wishlist?I am a very very happy owner of a VA predator. And can honestly say that I fully & wholeheartedly can say that I comprehend ?heirloom? product.
My Bentleys sound so good (not that they didn?t before?but these 250?s sound truly magnificent)

Not sure if it qualifies as a "product" but I have a granite slab under the turntable and two granite slabs, one on the rear sloping panel of each speaker

All "Made in RSA"

I suddenly realised, I probably own more local products than imports!

Local

Local

Another phono stage, also local

Local

Local

Second from right, local. Cables peering out, also local and 90% of the system! Missing both friends, badly!

Both switches, both local. One from another friend who also left us.

Local design and construction

Swiss-made but so uniquely South African that it even has a model number: Studer A80 R SABC

Let me just wipe all the drool and drivel from my mouth and collar. Some posts should come with a warning that I need to put on a borslappie before reading further.

The above looks really interesting, when you have time could you share some details? Or is there a thread somewhere that contains some details?
