Having worked extensively on Apple Mac (Final Cut video editing suite), Windows (day to day office productivity) and Linux (web application development) over the years... I love them all! Horses for courses I say! But if I was looking for a robust solution for streaming Tidal, I'd definitely consider a Raspberry Pi4 running Volumio. With the latest updates you can now control the Pi4 directly from the native Tidal iOS or Android app, which is super convenient.
