So, if I can recommend one brand over another for being versatile and offering decent stereo performance compared to its competitors, then I'll gladly do so.</p><p></p><p>Having said that, as with any system, some componemts will work better with others, so a lot depends on all your other gear, like speakers, DVD, CD etc...
