Ok. Waded through all 10 pages of this topic/forum- phew! This may be my 1st post but I've been reading AVSA for over 10 years. Not much new under discussion, though through all the sniping came some good suggestions. A couple from me... I understand- it was clear to see- that the letters page petered out. At one stage it was an interesting page with many egos on parade debating interesting topics. Why not take some of the stuff off the forum and put it into the magazine? However bland/ boring etc some say the mag is( and I do agree that it was a more interesting read some years ago, but that's mostly cos I'm a little more jaded and too broke to be tempted), the forum is full of zing. Some cross-pollenation may help to spice things up and generate interest. Andrew, if you need any proofreading help, I'm volunteering. (Freelance journo, editor and a copywriter).
