I noticed my PB16 ultra had stopped working recently- much to my dismay.
Contacted the dealer I bought it from- said they?ll get back to me but never did despite my further enquiries.
Shot off an email to SVS- replies were almost instantaneous and they helped me to diagnose the fault.
Sent me a new plate amp which arrived after a week.
Simple swop and it?s back in business.
I must commend their friendly, prompt and efficient customer service.

I still have the non-working plate amp for the sub that anyone is welcome to, should they have any need or use for it.
