Thanks again for the advice. Acoustic treatment isn't really an option with the missus, so I have to make do with what furniture I have. Having said that, the room is pretty controlled considering its a tiled floor, but there are a good number of soft surfaces to absorb reflections. I just think that having that tiled floor (even under a mat or play mat) adds a touch of brightness to the room, either that or it attenuates the other frequencies? With regards to the Rotel Boston partnership, this is actually quite a pleasant addition, infact, I'm almost worried that when/if I move that the sound will be so affected that I won't recognise the system anymore. Lol! As for reading AVSA... No problem! You can thank me by arranging me to win the next competition! Lol! Don't suppose the next competition is for a pair of 804's is it?? Hehe! Regards G!
