I hear what you say, and it is true. But we do not know how much the company must subtract for other expenses like flight tickets etc. Something I can add. My ex-wife is a medical doctor. She did just after studies and the practical year was completed, work at a medical centrum as a locum. She was paid daily as she was not appointed. The owner of the medical practice made something like R25K per day after he paid the 4-6 doctors he also just hired and not appoint, per day their agreed upon R5000.00 per day. That while he is sitting at home and other people working for him. Did they feel exploited? Nope. Yes R5000.00 per day is nothing to cry about, but compare that to the +- R25 000.00 per day the owner of the medical practice made. That while he is just ''renting'' doctors. I made a joke saying it is just like a garden cleaning service, with the boss sitting in the car while the workers who did the actual work got far less then the boss, who practically did nothing. Just on a higher pay level ;D Unfortunately to run and maintain a business is not for free. Otherwise I would have owned a business or two myself and would not have worked for a salary. This is how it works out there....
