Replacement ear pads for HD650's

Hi all

I have a pair of Sennheiser HD650's that are in dire need of new ear pads and need some advice from you all.

1. Are the replacement pads from brands like Dekoni worth it over the stock velour pads? I wear glasses and am interested to know if memory foam pads are a better option possibly?
2. where is best to buy the pads from? I'd prefer to buy locally but dont know where to buy them
3. Has anyone bought from Audio Sanctuary in the UK? their prices seem reasonable and they're the best option I have found other than buying from amazon
