I was guilty of WAB (Work Avoidance Behaviour) earlier today and read on the web that it is Record Store Day this Saturday 19 April!
As luck would have it I'll be in Hipster Heaven on Saturday as the official baggage manager of Mrs. Qwerty's Two Oceans trial run race. Not wanting to miss this opportunity I would like to ask the southern vinyl connoisseurs for a few recommendations regarding vinyl stores and possible special vinyl events in Cape Town.

Would appreciate any suggestions of your favourite vinyl treasure troves in the Mother City. Also, do any of you have some tips on how to safely transport vinyl when travelling by plane? We're only away for the weekend so I'll be Travelin' light, it's the only way to fly...
