[QUOTE="placebo, post: 71992, member: 1324"] I know nothing about sub-woofers.I have mounted a set of B&W wm6's outside however they do sound overly bright.Would a sub-woofer help to boost bass where necessary and furthermore how would I connect it as my Amp has no further speaker connections. The sub will be connected outside but will be undercover away from rain (not moisture)and away from sunlight. If a sub lasts 2-3 years that's fine as they are reasonably cheap. Please note my loudspeakers inside do not require a sub therefore it cannot be the amp.Currently boosting bass outside to compensate for lack of bass while inside I use "pure direct" setting.Any comments would be helpfully.
