Hi Guys, hope everyone is good.
Summer is coming and id like to re-paint my swimming pool. Looking for any recommendations on a good cost effective paint to use.
The pool is a concrete pool and the previous owners had the pool fiberglass lined. The paint has faded and there are some areas that need to have the fiberglass patched, about 3 small areas 0.5m² each and about a 2m² section on the step.

So what I understand is that the best paint to resurface fiberglass will be an epoxy paint. I checked with NCS Resins and they have the resin and fiber for patching and also a primer that go's on before you patch. They also have the epoxy paint or what they call a gel coat, its a bit pricey, so just wanting to find out if there are any other options that will be worthwhile or should I just go with NCS resins?
