Playing 5.1 from TV to av receiver

Hi everyone.
I'd like to play my 5.1 audio to my av receiver, unfortunately it doesn't have HDMI input.
It's a Yamaha RX V457.
So,I have TVs with HDMI input and digital output.
I also can watch from laptop that plugs into TV via HDMI

I'd like to have the 5.1 sound sent to my Yamaha amp and play surround sound.

I see online that the laptop usb sound cards are crap.

What are my optt,I'm confused.
