Cursed I think! I have done nothing with the speakers since I thought they had blown and I plugged them back in yesterday, gave the boxes a good shake up, re-tightened all cables as they werent the tightest when I checked them and lo and behold, the speakers worked and sounded A ok. Two hours later, we had a power failure for what must have been a split second and then they conked out and are now dead as a door nail with zero sound. My amp also didnt want to come on straight away but I unplugged everything and when I plugged it back it, it was working fine again. Has anyone got any facts on what happens when you have a power failure or surge? Is it eventually going to fry electronic equipment and what can I buy that can help to protect this from happening? Thanks D
