I’m getting perfect picture from my EXPLORA to Smart TV but no sound. Took Explora to DSTV with my HDMI cable and wire from satellite dish and it works perfectly. I tried other HDMI INPUT AND CABLE on my TV without success. Rebooted. Reset to factory default the Explora. I checked settings on my TV. Blu-ray player works perfectly via HDMI. Any advice ?
