You can get a new set of pads from The Listening Room. I ordered from their website when my previous SR325is pads started disintegrating, but stock is often an issue so you might have to wait a bit. To wait out the delivery, I constructed some pads from the foam that I had lying around and cut out a figure of 8 shape and cut a smaller circle in one of the circles and used a glue to tie two together in circle shape and then fitted the cutout over the headphone to make a flatpad. I actually found this more comfortable than the standard Grado bowl pads and they give a bit more bass and punchy sound and reduce the upper mids a touch, but it doesn't look particularly stylish, YMMV. Other suggestions is to order some from Amazon. Check Geekria bowl pads, and then there are the Gerod Grado pads which are also highly recommended. I'll order some of these soon. Yaxi also makes some flat foam pads that you could look at.
