Paying ~R500 to have them veneered is a waste of money, IMO, since the whole build so far cost me R1,500. If these were very nice speakers, yeah sure, but this is my first budget build. Time is the one thing I can spend though, since I have a bit of it free and I don't see it as a "waste" to spend many hours getting it right. It's a fun pastime, so I don't see it as a negative investment at all.</p></blockquote><p></p>
