I recently acquired a set of MIT 4 terminator cables previously using audio flex you would buy at any hardware.
The difference was more than I expected which came as a big surprise, not night and day but more clarity, better bass response, imaging etc. Id compare the difference the same magnitude as between my Nokia 7 plus phone vs Audio Engine D1 dac for reference
I am pretty happy with the sound of my system and bought a set of cables to round the system of and give it a more premium feel, not really expecting much audible difference.
Definitely give it a try it might just give your system the edge you have been missing before upgrading other components.
