Good morning all I have been listening to the different systems quite often and regularly switch them all on at the same time on LM Radio just to keep them going. I have recently connected a nice pair of Trio (Kenwood) speakers on the Sansui AU 9500 Amp together with the Kef Carina speakers. I really enjoy the sound. I would like to comment on the built quality of the different components. In my view, the Sansui and Pioneer are built to a very high quality. Surprisingly, the Sanyo Plus series components are also very good quality items. I have a Sony TT connected to the Sansui and I enjoy listening to the records I have. In my study I have a Yamaha DSP AZ1 (used in stereo role) connected to a Technics SL BD20 TT, Mission MX2 speakers and a Paradigm sub (I like bass) and listening to the same record on the two systems provides a markedly different experience. The Sansui/Sony sounds better to me than the Yamaha/Technics system. Maybe I should try a new stylus on the Technics. I will try and load a picture of the new (old) Trio speakers.
