The list that I gave above consists of some of the best BD concerts in the market. Some of them will admittedly not be suited for a wider audience (Leonard Cohen & KD Lang for example), but they are truly remarkable recordings in the sense of top-notch vocal and instrumental performances, some filmed in unique settings (Bocelli, Mumford & Sons) and enhanced by the superior HD quality of BD.
Gonna swap this for Rattle & Hum on BD. I have the DVD and it is exceptionally good, but would be even better in BD. Fortunately I have a good relationship with some of the local dealers. Rattle & Hum would probably move in somewhere between number 5 & 6 on my list... Back to your comment PaganMcLoud. Stage personality for me is an extra; it is essentially about the music and the quality of the performance. The above are all exceptional (...apart from U2). P!nk is a bit different as the emphasis of the concert is more on entertainment value...yet her band and her vocals (although taking some serious strain) cannot be frowned upon. BTW Michael Jackson: Live in Bucharest: The Dangerous Tour is out on BD while Queen: Rock Montreal & Live Aid is another concert worth considering ;)
