If you are missing a press on toggle switch on your old Pioneer, Kenwood etc, you can make a new one quite easily. Get a pack of DAS clay from CNA or art shop and a packet of Interfix 1001 plastic from builders. Take an existing toggle and use to make a mould in the clay. Melt the plastic as per instructions on the pack and pour into the hardened clay mould ( I used a heat gun to get the plastic really soft ) Before the plastic hardens, make a slot in the back for the toggle to mount on the switch. I used a piece from a quarter inch jack ( where you solder the neg ) This also helps to pull it out the mould. The plastic can be trimmed and shaped afterwards so don't worry about overfilling the mould. I used Sprayon fine silver which looks very similar to brushed aluminium when dry. This is a cheap fix and it's hard to tell the difference from the original....might even work for knobs too.
