Luxman TT - Help

Hi

I'm using a Luxman TT , but have recently noticed issues with the platters speed.

I cant seem to set it a specific speed its to fast and then with a small adjustment to slow and it doesn't seem stable.

Could anyone of the experts out there take a guess as to what the problem would most probably be?
