Right, understand this: I'm friggin freezing! Raining, 10 degrees (at 10 am), and awful wind chill factor... Anyway... here is what I have so far: Frame will look more or less like this: Since I received no complaints about linen at the back, here is one with linen at the back ;D: The wood strips on top of the linen will be replaced by flat aliminium strip, which will be used to hang the panel. Questions: - Would it be a good idea to stuff the openings at the sides and at the top with Romatherm (like thin Isotherm - which I have plenty of)? The U Thermo board fits to the inside dimensions of the frame, and will not go between the side and top strips. - Do I need some extra support, say in the middle of the side strips? It feels quite sturdy as is, but I need it to be sturdy for a few years... :whistler: - Same goes for front: I'm worried that the U Thermo board might start to sag after a while... As for the limp mass membrane: when I ask for something like 'spray glue' here in the Free State, they think is for something kinky. :nutter: If you have any suggestions, please let them flow... I dunno nothing bout woodwork and stuuff :moron:
