Just to let you all know. Got the receipt, took it to Dion Wired, they informed me that LG would take care of it. Called LG they logged to call the balance of the call out report submitted via WhatsApp, quite convenient. Within a day the Tech called me to clarify the issue I was having next day he came out with the spare input board. 20 minutes after the Tech arrived he was gone and the new board was installed TV reset and all the rest. Had it not been under warranty it would have cost around R2k for the input board and R500 for the call out. All in all a painless experience, well done LG.
