So I managed to turn a small scuff mark on a leather wrapped speaker into a small tear/ hole. I found this stuff, I remember the ads from ages ago on TV, was surprised it's still around. Anyway it works amazingly well for holes and tears on speakers.
I'm busy doing the 2nd coat now, I'll post pics when done. This will work great for the Sf ranges. They even add a few press on prints of leather patterns to match the leather pattern of your item.
One thing, don't follow there guide on Ironing on the repair area once treated, I think on a speaker it could be risky, I just let mine dry naturally.
