Previous Thread: https://www.avforums.co.za/index.php/topic,56369.0.html

I can assist with the importation of items from a wide range of international locations.

I exclusively use courier services so packages arrive faster and more reliably than normal post delivery and much cheaper than standard online store courier rates.

To your door anywhere in South Africa.

Payment can be done via cash deposit, EFT or credit card through PayPal.

Please contact for a quote on anything you may be interested in. Quotation includes purchase price, shipping and duties/VAT, only one payment required. No nasty customs suprises, guaranteed!

Want something unavailable in South Africa but:
?  Seller won't ship to SA?
?  Worried about the unreliability of standard post?
?  Concerned about the complexities of international shopping and shipping?
?  Don't have a credit card?

Right, new year, new thread with some changes!

1. For returning customers please note, I have ***NEW BANKING DETAILS***
2. I've moved up a "tier" on the international shipping so is now slightly cheaper.
3. I now have my own local courier account so local deliveries are cheaper as well.
4. I can now assist with return shipping so the supplier warranty applies. Please note return shipping is at customers cost.

I've passed these savings into my calcs, new prices are in effect immediately.

Hi, quick question. Do you do it the other way around as well? ie. shipping out of South Africa.
Currently using post office, but tracking is a nightmare. Obviously cost is low.

Hi hi

Yes I can now, however it's more expensive than bringing stuff in, and I won't be able to handle customs etc on the country of destination. But obviously a lot more reliable than the PO. Send me a PM and we can try make a plan.

Oh and thank you for confirming I am indeed subscribed to email alerts on this thread ;)

Could you perhaps post a mockup of a dummy order to show potential cost savings?

eg. buying a Schiit Freya preamp from Schiit

I'm uncomfortable putting numbers in the open, I get far too many "but you said the price was" messages as it is.

If you'd like a quote send me a PM and I'll be happy to do one for you.

I ordered a small component (actually a USB board) from a supplier in Holland, and despite me telling them not to, they sent it by post.  Now, 4 months later it has not arrived.  The Netherlands Post Office do not seem that much more jacked up than ours.  Their tracking service does not work, and when the supplier said he wished to submit a claim, they told him he must allow 12 months for delivery, they will not entertain a claim before that

The actual device is in a carton 180 x 120 x 20 and weighs 50 grammes.  I was going to ask them to replace it.  Can you give me a thumbsuck price for door to door please?  I am in Cape Town

The original shipping cost 26?

I created an account, see Scott?  :p

I'll see what I can fish from the guys on here, otherwise I might take you up on your offer you sent me on the other forum.  Glad to be here, looks like a nice community as well!

Scott I have locked/unstickyed the other thread and stickyed this one.

How would eBay orders work, do you order from your eBay account?

Do you know who is cheapest for Nitecore products, was a sale at Gearbest but now quite pricey, I have been trying to get a Nitecore D4 18650 charger in from eBay and they never arrive.

Thanks! That's perfect.

Yip, you tell me what you want as above, I'll give you a number and handle everything else. It'll then pitch up at your door entirely unsuprisingly as I update every step of the way.

PM incoming with the quote.

I would also be interested in something like eBay orders, and in addition whether one might be able to import from, for example, the UK or German Amazon sites?

In addition, what about German or UK VAT? Would it be possible to deduct it when ordering from those countries?

I can do from pretty much anywhere except South America, Russia and Australia, and anywhere there's a civil war going on or something.

I can help with all those "online traders" you mentioned. Technically this is advertising so I won't mention names myself ;)

VAT is applicable in country of origin as it's delivered to a local address.

Understood, but showing numbers would allow potential users of your service to know where they can save.
ie. like the shipping.

Schiit only offers USPS and Fexex up to $174. I understand you reckon you can save on shipping?
How much?

Please PM if not posting response.

Thanks! I understand warranty-related issues will be for my account, but what happens if the item is damaged (or lost) in transit?
