Hey yall! I'm currently using a HP XW9300 Workstation. It has 2 Dualcore Opteron 285's @ 2.6ghz per core. SLI server motherboard and 4 gig
ddr266 ECC ram running Win7. Now the problem is, when I switch it on in the morning or during the day it freezes just before the windows logo. After restarting it about 8 times I finally get into windows. Now I've tried a cmos reset, changed cmos battery, tried that same drive in a differant pc (works fine), reloaded windows several times, changed the ram etc. Only thing now is to take a 5 pound hammer to it. I have noticed that it seems to fly thru the post screen so fast that it almost looks as if it does'nt get a chance to register anything there. It's shows post for less than a second.
Any ideas pls?
