How to hide AV cables for those that have a concrete ceiling

I used slightly thicker speaker cable for the front which made it easier to differentiate between the Right (marked with Red tape) and Left (marked with Black tape) cables i.e. (FR and BR) and (FL and BL). I left the center cable without markings.
