I'm sure most people will answer "Not as often as I like"... I listen to Tidal most of the day on my office system (vintage B&O) - also lucky enough to work from home. My main system at least one album a night while we eat dinner, 1-4 hours a day on the weekend depending on how much sport there is to watch and how successful I am in dodging chores ;D @Jaxxon - the difference between Tidal and Spotify is that Tidal offers lossless streaming quality - so you can get CD and even higher "master" quality, whereas Spotify is as far as I know is lossy, similar to mp3. However, I think Spotify has a wider selection? Roon is a platform for managing and playing digital music from all of your sources, whether cd, hard drive etc and any of the streaming services. It is very impressive but not cheap.
