Thanks Naughty I have to say that I downloaded music to the Nokia 5530, and then connected the phone to a Pioneer AVR via RCA cables. I was very impressed. There is still something just missing, but it's better than the ps3. But by no way is it as bad as writing music from the OVI store to a CD, then playing the CD. For the phone or the computor, the music sounds very good. As good as many entry-level cd players I guess, and easily as good as entry level dvd players. I can also connect via the computor and RCA cables. It's cahnged my attitude to the OVI store. Considering the music's 'free', I can live with slightly poorer sound quality. Obviously the stuff I like I can buy on CD. I've found a lot of the music I've searched for, and since I have about 3gigs of bandwidth to spare each month, I can download those 5 million songs in a year :D. I have to say the DRM is a pain. I'd like to put the music on a media player and then access it anytime I like. I use the computor for work, so I don't want to keep pluggung & unplugging it. But i suppose since I may be downloading tens of thousands of rands worth of music in the 12 month period, I may as well keep the pc and dedicate it to music, then get another one for work. Laptops are going cheap anyway, and my one's already 7 years old.
