Is the following possible.
1 x Explorer as master, connected to 2 other Explorers, its then 3 tv's, all on one subscription.
yes as stated above by Morak
BUT you can also mix and match decoders for the three viewer environment ie as long as you have one explora as the main decoder you can then add exploras or the regular HD decoders ie so the possible combination can be one explora plus two HD decoders, or two exploras and one HD decoder, or three explora's
the main advantage of three explora's is that you might be able to get away without needing a heartbeat cable beween the decoders (depending on how long the signal cables from the smart LNB land up being) so your installation is only three signal cables to three exploras and no other cable which is advantageous since they charge per metre for the cable during installation
the easiest and cheapest way of doing the three viewer subscription is to convert to pricelock and this gives you your first extraview as well as the correct dish and LNB required - then to this get and add your second explora since pricelock includes one extraview already and then pay R85 per month above the pricelock price and get the third Explora ..... this should sort you out without spending a fortune on initial setup costs and it spreads it over a period of two years in a comparatively unnoticeable additional amount spread over the 2 year contract period and you also avoid the annual price increases each april for that two years
