Howdy ho

Anyone have experience or suggestions for a replacement cable for something like the Ananda? Someone recommended Corpse Cable, but yoh I don't know about a $145 upgrade being in the budget.

I have an option of someone to bring back one from the US soon, so I might try take advantage :D

I'm looking at this too...the Amazon stuff by the reviews doesn't last well (NewFantasia, Neomusicia stuff). If you can have someone ferry one back, Hart is cheaper: https://hartaudiocables.com/collections/headphone-cables/products/hc-9-dual-3-5mm-mono-ts-balanced-headphone-cable. I;m looking in the U.K. at Odio for a bit more money: https://oidiosound.co.uk/headphone-cables/hifiman/sundara.

Cheers! I just stumbled on the Hart. Those look superb for the price, ideal. I don't have a balanced dac/amp so it's not completely necessary, but what is in this hobby.

I'm just throwing money at it now, everyone says the stock cables are in fact good enough though lol.

My only gripe with these cables is that they're only JUST long enough for my needs. It's holding me back on buying just from practicality. I know you want as short a length as possible.....but damn. An extra 30cm would have been great.

This is the replacement that I ordered from Amazon to replace the stock cable on my Hifiman HE400SE headphones:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H6SPVX5?ref=ppx_pt2_dt_b_prod_image&th=1

Nice & long so I can sit and relax too!

Thanks, that looks good! These get such differing reviews. Some guys complain and say it's microphonic and deteriorates, others say it's awesome.

Yeah nice. I don't have balanced output on dac/amp so I'll hold off on the kit. But the interconnects actually come in different lengths, so I'm going with the standard Hart cable and the 3ft interconnect 1/4" for now, which sorts out my gripe with the "short" standard length. Probably overkill ito what I need, but I have the opportunity to get one so why not.
