FLAC file Burning

I have a FLAC file which is a single long file (266MB) from an audio CD. Along with this is a CUE file.
Using these two, is it possible to burn it into a normal Audio CD readable by any CDP ?
Do I need to split the tracks manually or I'll end up with a single long audio track and is the CUE file part of this process.
