[QUOTE="King_Julian_S, post: 893387, member: 14111"] Interesting last night I streamed the UEFA soccer match from Internet to Sony Viao laptop and plugged the laptop into my Samsung tv via HDMI and the stream picked up was from BT sport and that was the best my TV ever showed me a game of soccer .. outclassed the normal DSTV dish/decoder HD channel quality and it was not like hifi differences it was chalk and cheese differences. To add , all other times I streamed in this way I got the opposite result(I.e. dish was better ) so again my guess is it depends... I must warn I?m not an HT guy so have not really gone into my dstv setup like at audiophile levels. Oh and the other difference is that my dish/decoder went via Onkyo txnr929 Amp to TV hdmi but laptop went straight from laptop to TV hdmi , not sure if that is perhaps a reason why my dish/decoder does not appear to give the best the TV can apparently show ?
