True what you say regarding the distortion when bridging the amps but when you parallel them and put them in a parallel config then the distortion doesnt look so bad. I also read that you'll need about 4x the required power in amperes that a single ic uses when you bridge those chipamps but in a parallel config they don't need as much power? Any idea why? I know they only share the load when they are in parallel but still :?: I'm pretty much in the dark here regarding the power i'll need to drive a decent set of speakers in a 6mx5m room and also think that going to large would be impractical and not to mention costly. But reliability is also a issue and there would be a limit on these chipamps.
