Hi,

Will this cable suffice for the following?

Mac Mini via USB to SPDIF converter to 20 coaxial cable to DAC 15 metres away?
Will there be "loss" of quality, if any?

https://www.hdcabling.co.za/product/20-meter-digital-rca-coaxial-audio-cable-or-composite-video-m-m-75ohm-rg6u-s-pdif-digital-coaxial-subwoofer-price-per-20m-customizable-from-5m-to-30m/

Feedback appreciated

Thanks

S/PDIF is specified for 10m max, but with the right cabling, transmitters & receivers I cannot see why 20m will not work. Check the return policy though.
If you use AES3/EBU you can go to 100m.

That looks like a DSTV cable with a RCA plug on it you could just make your own and test it
buy everything from Ellies or Space who ever is close to you

Agreed - 100m roll of the same cable is just over R300 from the same seller...
