[QUOTE="rckstar, post: 64199, member: 1542"] Hey there members, I have a sony active subwoofer (8"), of which I cannot find T/s parameters (FS) for from the manufacturers after loads of searching. All they are able to tell me is that it plays from 28hz - 200hz (found that in a service manual I downloaded). Am I to assume the Fs = 28hz, or is there anybody in Durban that can run a test for me to verify this? The reason I ask is because I want to try designing a Transmission line enclosure. Due to the fact that Im strapped for cash and cant really afford to spend on a plate amp and a decent subwoofer, I opted to experiment with what I have since, it would only mean spending money for wood and glue :-) Thanks for you input in advance.
