I'm looking around for a mic to use with software on my PC to measure & tweak the frequency response of my speakers. My room has an annoying boom that I guess I'm going to have to EQ out.
The mic doesn't have to be super high end; just something with reasonably flat sensitivity. Ideally either USB or good old 3.5mm but I'm looking at getting an interface anyway so an XLR mic isn't out of the question.
In case it isn't obvious I don't really know what I'm talking about with this stuff; just starting down the rabbit-hole...
