Uncle Brian contacted me and said I better get the gears from him ... The big one had a bit of an issue as it had no place to grab onto in the lathe so I will have to make a plan. Here are the grabable ones. The inside sides (or is it the outside sides)? And the outside sides (or is it the inside sides)? It seems that the double gear that goes in the headstock is a 12 DP gear and not a 16 DP like the others. I checked with this gear calculator and with 33 teeth and a diameter of 61,6 mm or 2.425197" ('noug digits?) it says 12 DP with a MOD size of 1.75. So ... I will need to check if Loftie has a 12DP cutter for 33 teeth. :coffee:
