Thanks. As noted above, I have logged a support ticket via the app and WIIM did respond quite promptly, see details above, but unfortunately that didn't resolve the issue and I am awaiting a response after informing them that it is not a fix.

Thanks. No, only used wifi. No ethernet port close by unfortunately, but seriously doubt if that will make any difference, as I get speeds higher than 100mbs when doing a speedtest on my phone in the vacinity of the WIIM Pro, and then I would also have had issues with Tidal and Apple Music...

Anyone using Deezer via the WIIM Pro without any issues (not casting - directly from the WIIM Pro)? I want to give Deezer a try to compare with Tidal and Apple Music on the WIIM Pro, but it is buffering like crazy - basically unusable! I have 200Mbps Fibre and have never ever had any buffering...

I agree with Rodney - all speakers I've owned till date (quite a few) sounded better without the covers and that includes my ATC's which are apparently voiced with the cover on.
