    I've tried B&W s and none of them match them for voice reproduction, they shine with clasical stuff though. The quad's ive listened to match them with voice but,they only fire in a narrow spot so you cant really move around when you listen.

    bugger the flat cables im drilling in the walls to hide the thick cables!

    The problem is I can hear the difference between cables and im running for my main speakers Audioquest Slate ( about an inch thick ) via Boston Vrm 50's so the problem im facing is, can I get similar sound quality from a cable not nearly as thick? I'm hopeful to find my "perfect" thin cable.

    I saw some audio quest flat cables today at Tafelberg, R50 a meter, that's my best bet at the moment.

    Advice on Denon's amp output ...1 series vs 2 series

    Planning on buying a AVR but need to know the amp output before making a decision, my speakers are not the easiest to drive.
