I had a 675 and can honestly say it is a fantastic sub. Huge bass, even in my less than ideal listening environment.

I have tested the pre-amp on 2 different turntables, tried all the settings etc. There's definitely something else wrong. It sounds almost like transformer hum, but not. If anyone is in a position to help Bullet, I think I still have the schematic diagram for the amp somewhere.
