Hi As the subject says, 'What can be the problem?'. My Marantz amp worked 100% on Wednesday but on Thursday it's got no sound on any speaker channel.

So I changed my cabling to HDMI to minimize all the cables. However, when everything was switched off, and I want to watch a dvd, the audio is gone. I then have to go into the amp menu and configure the audio input and then the audio will start playing. Am i missing something? Any advise/info...

I need some info please as I'm not to up to date with this. I've got a Marantz dvd player and amp. Both have HDMI ports, also my tv is HD ready. My question, does the HDMI cable only work for Bluray and HD formats or does it work for other as well, like just normal cd audio and normal dvd. Or...

Morning all I am looking to get a Marantz DVD player, as I got a new Marantz amp  ;D What model can you suggest that won't break the bank  ;) , and where do I find them as it seems to be a hard thing to find....

What is a acceptable price for this amp 2nd hand. Still in 100% working order and in very good condition.
