I want to agree with the Miele statement. Bought a Miele dishwashers and washing machine last year. The machines last well, BUT expect to pay ridiculous $$$ for spares (if available) and at least R1000/hr callout fee! Check the H.O. for "unboxing" deals.

Really sorry to hear about this problem...Our company moved from FNB to Merc (now Capitec) because of the lack of service. For your sake, I hope you chose a different bank? From the frying pan straight into the fire we went...trying a 3rd bank now.

Talk of the devil...just lost ESKOM, Mrs PC turned off during a meeting. Circuit breaker tripped.:mad:

I have a 10kVA Victron inverter (4 months old). Having transfer time issues when ESKOM turns off. PC's loosing power, Processor loosing power. Also trying to identify why a circuit breaker trips every time ESKOM turns off. Apparently my inverter is not the only unit supplied recently giving...

I have an excellent supplier/installer. I wouldn't use anyone else...The issue is the lack of interest and support from Victron locally and Netherlands. I thought I was buying piece of mind and better support. Definitely not the case with this brand.

Bought an expensive Victron...having issues. Virtually ZERO support for our installer locally or overseas...

This is a must on the list!
