Best value acoustic treatment: uthermo, energylite, insulboard, 25, 50 or 100mm

I'm actually looking to build this month. Would you say the Uthermo 3 (40kg/m3 I think from another thread) is roughly like for like to OC 703?

Best value acoustic treatment: uthermo, energylite, insulboard, 25, 50 or 100mm

Still keen for any feedback from those who've made absorption panels. Also, in terms of sound isolation, I've been reading about resilient channels or green glue to de-couple the drywall. Glasswool Acoustic Panels

A better test would be the sine wave at different frequencies test (shown at 15:50 in this video: http://realtraps.com/video_demo.htm) - they showed their room to have a massive dip at 75 Hz which they were able to push up by 15dB.

    Glasswool Acoustic Panels

I need a bunch of these for a studio I'm setting up in Manenberg, CT for a project to record local talent that I'm running next year. Will probably make them myself, but I might be interested in buying if I get busy, you've done them really nicely. Need to get hold of the budget first anyway...
