ok so after eyeballing everything something caught my eye.. most of the caps are dusty except one, which is half dusty, seems it may be leaking. C84, with a torch it looks like a waxy trail below it on the PCB Edit: picture taken sideways, the bottom of the TV is the aluminium heatsinks
